The house is all wrapped and wired--ready for the stucco.

The kitchen...partially tiled with ALL of the cabinets and island.
The dining room...part of the hardwood is down.
These are for Eric and Sheree who aren't able to be with us for 4th of July weekend here in Modesto. "The Place" is starting to look like a house and like at some point Mom and Dad might be able to move in. Looks like we'll actually have enough space for everyone at Christmas this year. ;)
